Course Objectives: Quality Tools and Continuous Improvement

Upon completion of the course on quality tools and continuous improvement, the student will be able to:

  • Understand the Core Tools: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plans); PPAP (Production Part Approval Process); FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis); SPC (Statistical Process Control); MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis).
  • Know how to select and apply the most appropriate management tool to effectively and efficiently meet the requirements of industry management systems certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or other standards.
  • Make the most of ISO certification by discovering the capabilities offered by quality management tools within an integrated management system.

Course methodology

The course can be delivered as “in-company training” or “online training”. The course is tailored to the needs of each client. The teaching is interactive, featuring practical exercises and/or participatory activities. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
