Subsidised Courses
Organisations with employees are entitled to an annual credit for subsidised training courses, funded by Social Security contributions, in accordance with current agreements on the promotion of continuing professional development. This credit does not carry over from one year to the next and, if not used, is forfeited.
We provide a list of subsidised courses. The final beneficiaries of the training programmes must be salaried employees who contribute to Social Security under the vocational training scheme.
EmasConsultors acts as the organising body, handling all the necessary procedures.
To participate in our subsidised courses, you must join a group. EmasConsultors provides the group agreement. Signing the agreement does not commit you to anything; it is completely free of charge, and you may leave the group at any time upon request by simply signing a withdrawal form.

EmasConsultors’ role as a coordinating body
Taking advantage of subsidised training courses is an opportunity to access ‘tailor-made’ training. These courses address specific needs, which is why, at EmasConsultors, we offer the following services:
- Calculating the available training credit for subsidised training during the year.
- Handling the registration process for the system and notifying the authorities of the training activities. We notify the authorities of the start and end dates of the training activities.
- Deliver bespoke training tailored to your needs. To achieve this, we can help you identify your requirements. We plan face-to-face, online or blended training according to your training plan and available training credit.
- Collaborate with the authorities and regulatory bodies regarding the training programmes in which we act as the organising body.
- All obligations relating to the training programmes of the companies for which we organise and manage staff training, as well as the safekeeping of all documentation relating to the organisation, management and delivery of the training.
To manage courses eligible for reimbursement with EmasConsultors:
To participate in EmasConsultors’ group schemes, you must download the company agreement registration form and send the completed original, stamped by the company’s representative, to the following address: EmasConsultors – C/ Jaume Vicenç Vives 22, 2nd floor – 08302 Mataró (Barcelona)
The company must provide its details by completing and emailing the Company Registration Form to info@emasconsultors.com.
EmasConsultors will publish the list of participating companies 10 calendar days prior to the start date of each training group.
In order to arrange the training, the duly completed Company Registration Form must be submitted at least 15 days in advance. Late applications will not be considered.
