Getting started

Our Gesttic “paperless ISO” methodology for the management and maintenance of management systems is based on Office 365 technology. To access the paperless ISO, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Consultors d’EMAS Microsoft 365 platform
    • You will receive an invitation email via the Consultors d’EMAS platform.
    • Follow the steps to access our platform. You only need to enter the verification code if the platform asks you to do so. At the end of the process, you will access the EmasConsultors platform, but you will not yet be able to access the management system based on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Access the Management System working group.
    • You should receive an email inviting you to join the Management System
    • Follow the steps. Once completed, you will gain access to the team involved in the management system, based on Microsoft Teams.

Please note that each user can access and perform actions on the items to which they have been granted access. If you require additional permissions, please contact the person responsible for the Management System.

Paperless ISO features

Once you have accessed the platform, you can start collaborating on the paperless ISO management system. The features of the ISO software that you need to be familiar with for managing the system are:

  • Management system channels. To deal with the different aspects of the management system separately, with the relevant staff.
  • Chats and working groups. To facilitate collaborative and group work on the various aspects related to the ISO certificate.
  • Assigned tasks and calendar. To help achieve objectives and improvement plans by scheduling work.
  • File and document management. To facilitate access to and control over the various system manuals and records.
  • Online training platform. To facilitate the acquisition of the skills deemed important.
  • How the various requirements of the ISO standard are managed.

With our method, you can manage a management system in accordance with the main standards: ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, or Social Responsibility. Please contact us if you require any further clarification.
