IFS Global Markets – A food safety standard for both retailers and the food industry, based on the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).

Obtaining ‘IFS Food Standard’ certification and ensuring food safety provides a competitive advantage in the market; the IFS Food standard falls within the GFSI Global Markets framework. The programme is based on GFSI Global Markets – it includes the list of requirements and the assessment protocol leading to compliance with:

1. Basic Level
