Environmental eco-labelling consultancy: Ecolabel and DAP

What does the Ecolabel offer?

Thanks to our environmental eco-labelling consultancy, your company will enjoy the following benefits:

  • A competitive advantage by standing out from the competition. The eco-label and the Environmental Product Declaration will set your products apart from those of your competitors. In this way, the eco-label will help you sell more. We help you choose the eco-label that your market will value most: European Eco-label, Environmental Quality Guarantee Mark, FSC Certification, Environmental Product Declaration, etc.
  • It facilitates the opening of new markets. The eco-label makes it easier to sell into new markets where eco-labelled products are required or preferred.
  • It improves the organisation’s image. An eco-label provides clearer evidence of the organisation’s commitment to environmental improvement and Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Continuous improvement. The requirements of the eco-label will help you achieve continuous improvement within the organisation. With the eco-label, you will be more efficient and effective. It can be a valuable addition to your ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Methodology: Environmental Eco-label Consultancy

Once we have drawn up a proposal for obtaining the eco-label, ecolabel or Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), our working methodology at Ecoetiqueta Consultancy is as follows:

  • Preliminary analysis of the eco-label. Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each product to determine which eco-label or environmental label, from among the various options for eco-labels and environmental declarations, will best help you gain a competitive advantage:
    • Type I (eco-label, environmental assurance mark, FSC)
    • Type II
    • Type III (Environmental Product Declaration in accordance with ISO 14025, in accordance with Product Category Rules, etc.)
  • Implementation of eco-label requirements. We assist in implementing or developing the requirements involved in applying for the eco-label. This may involve changes to raw materials, changes to production processes, or laboratory analysis of the product for which we wish to obtain the eco-label. The requirements can be incorporated into your ISO 14001 environmental management certificate or eco-design certificate in accordance with ISO 14020.
  • Eco-label or Ecolabel certification. We assist you in processing the eco-label application until you achieve eco-label or Ecolabel recognition.
  • Integrating the eco-label into your marketing plan. Once the eco-label has been obtained, we can help you capitalise on the benefits it offers to achieve the continuous improvement required by ISO 9001. Request information with no obligation.
