Course Objectives: Equality Plan
The “Equal Opportunities Plan” course in the workplace aims to promote equal opportunities by:
- Understanding equality strategies in the business world and the benefits of implementing an equal opportunities plan.
- Improvement measures for equality. Identifying, establishing and implementing the necessary improvement measures to achieve equal opportunities in the workplace.
- Being able to develop, implement and maintain a useful plan in the workplace in accordance with Organic Law 3/2007 to ensure that the equal opportunities plan promotes measures that foster equal opportunities.
- Link the equality plan to Corporate Social Responsibility (IQNet SR10 or GRI Report) and the ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certificates.
The teaching is interactive. The materials assist with the implementation of the equal opportunities plan. It covers all areas and documents required for the design, implementation and evaluation of the equal opportunities plan. The course can be delivered ‘in-company’ or ‘online’. Course eligible for funding from Fundae.
