The ISO 9001 Quality Management System, certified since 2003 with a scope covering ‘Non-scheduled passenger transport by road. This includes: domestic, international, school and special adapted transport’. Autocars Calella has had its ISO 9001 quality management system recertified by the certification body SGS.
EmasConsultors provides the ISO outsourcing service for Autocars Calella. The ISO outsourcing service means that EmasConsultors carries out the duties of the certified Quality Management System Manager. This service involves monitoring the scorecard, objectives, management review and ISO 9001 internal audit. All of this is carried out in a ‘paperless’ environment using our ‘ISO software’.
