GV Sea Freight has been granted AEO status
The Spanish Customs Authority (AEAT) has granted GV Sea Freight AEO status for security and safety under certificate number ESAEOS15000046QM, in accordance with the powers conferred by the Community Customs Code. GV Sea Freight is a freight forwarder specialising in the transport of hanging garments or ready-to-wear clothing (GOH). It has obtained the AEO certificate for security and safety.
From the date the certificate comes into force, the Authorised Economic Operator shall inform the customs authority of dispatch of any matter arising after the certificate was granted that may affect its validity or content, as laid down in Regulation 2454/93.
Similarly, the customs authority of departure will monitor the operator. During the monitoring of the Authorised Economic Operator certificate, compliance with the requirements of the AEO Statute will be verified. Furthermore, progress will be assessed in the implementation of improvements, recommendations and procedural changes which, where applicable, may have been requested during the audit for the granting of the Authorised Economic Operator certificate in security and safety.
To benefit from the advantages provided, you must enter your AEO certificate number (box 3) on your customs declarations.
