Our ISO 9001 consultancy work for the Escola Universitària del Maresme (EUM) in Mataró has enabled the institution to achieve ISO 9001 quality certification with a scope covering “teaching support services”, in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality standard, utilising our ISO certification, ISO outsourcing and ISO software services.
The “Escola Universitària del Maresme”, affiliated with Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), is located at the Tecnocampus in Mataró. The EUM offers various degree programmes and continuing education courses. We highlight subjects related to Tourism and Economics. The EUM is currently part of the Fundació Tecnocampus and plans to move to the facilities of the “Tecnocampus Mataró – Maresme” Science Park.
The scope of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System is the “Development of teaching support processes and activities”. It is currently certified by the certification body Applus.
In the follow-up audit carried out by Applus in 2009, Gesttic – ISO Software was highlighted as a key strength, with specific mention made of the Gesttic IT platform for accessing documentation and records.
