ISO 9001 consultancy for the Calella and Alt Maresme Fair to achieve ISO 9001 quality management certification with the certification body Applus.

The Calella Fair, a member of FEFIC, is a leading institution in Calella and the Maresme region, helping to shape the image of Calella (Barcelona) as a dynamic, enterprising town open to globalisation. Each year, the Fair takes on new challenges, always based on the following elements:

• the social and creative fabric of the city of Calella itself,
• the discovery of and interaction with world cultures, represented through the monographic exhibition,
• the world of Catalan craftsmanship,
• and a diverse commercial sector that includes a ‘Motor Show’.

Its exhibition spaces showcase Catalan craftsmanship and typical Catalan products. A range of exhibitions and diverse cultural events have turned it into a showcase of Catalan culture and popular tradition.
The Calella and Alto Maresme Fair, thanks to our consultancy, is certified to the ISO 9001 standard by Applus. Its Quality System is also certified under the “SICTED – Integrated Tourism Quality System at Destination” scheme. The system is managed using Gesttic – ISO Software.
